Pinball Survival is an event in Choro-Q HG and is only playable in multiplayer mode. The objective is to be the last car standing by knocking other cars out of the ring. The course is similar to a pinball machine, with a machine in the center that shoots cube-shaped "blocks" that push cars towards the edge of the ring. The ring features openings that are used to knock cars off; if the player falls off before the opponents do, they are eliminated. There is a 5 minute time limit.
This mode is only present in multiplayer mode, and there are four cars in Pinball Survival. Up to four players can play Pinball Survival, and computer-controlled opponents will be present when there are less than four players in the match.

Eliminate other cars by ramming them out of the ring. Try to stay in the ring. The winner's the last one to survive.
