This page is the list of all the descriptions of the car models from Choro-Q HG. There are three stores to sell bodies. There are also special bodies to get. The protagonist can also get bodies for winning a race, which the bodies aren't for sale. Some of the bodies are reused in Choro-Q HG 4.

Trivia[]
- Most car has same paint of Previous games, but some of them are different (for example, no.007).
- Sponsors on No.007 are Japanese car magazines(J's tipo, scuderia).
- The strategy guide of Choro-Q HG reveals each car's body weight and body type.
- There is a #000 body, it looks like a ball but it will crash the game if used in a race. It features an image of the Mitsubishi Pajero front fascia mirrored on the sides. However, the fascia is different than the one in HG and resembles the front fascia on the Pajero featured in Choro-Q HG 2.
- There is also a PlayStation 2 Memory Card (#148) hidden body, it can't be used without hacking.
- Both bodies #001 and #052 have special designs for one of their normal paints, including #001's white paint, featuring sponsors and flame decals and #052's orange paint.
- There are 45 bodies that are designed only for NPCs, and most of them are red. They're lower-polygon models that have less detailed textures than the protagonist selectable bodies. They can only be used with hacks.
- 044 cannot enter some special races, but the AI can. It's something of an inside joke, because in most of the Choro-Q games, there would be a garbage truck that is the slowest racer. Also, another garbage truck body is made for the AI so it can't be used by the protagonist.
- Many bodies in Choro-Q HG also appear in Choro-Q HG 4.
