- Almost all the bodies (01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 09, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 29, 31, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 47, 48, 49, 52, 56) were also featured in Choro-Q Works, although all of them were arranged to Choro-Q Wii-style graphics, and some of them were remade.
- Some bodies (42, 44, 46, 51, 53, 57, 59, 62, 63) were also featured in Choro-Q HG 4, although all of them were arranged to Choro-Q Wii-style graphics, and some of them were remade.
- The Japanese version has 70 bodies in total, and the US/EU version had 66 bodies, as four of them were removed from the US/EU version.
- The Phantom's body can't be used by normal means, but through hacking, it is usable in gameplay and also, its name is "Monster Car" (known in the Japanese version as アクマのくるま (Akuma-no-Kuruma Devil's Car or Demon's Car)) . The Monster Car's body design is based on the Iwata Origin, which was featured in Choro-Q HG 4.
- The Phantom's body has a description; "Base bodies exclusive for enemy cars.".
- When the protagonist finishes in 1st Place in the Galaxy Dash (Stage 6), they will earn a Gold 1st-Gen Penny Racer body.
- Bodies 69 and 70 were based on two Tatsunoko Productions franchises, Mach Go Go Go (Better known internationally as Speed Racer) and Yatterman, respectively.
- Body 66 (67 in the Japanese version) is based on the FGX, a car released in the Choro-Q Deck System toyline.
